Please help. I have an orange thin banner at the top of the page stating that this is an unclaimed account. What do I do about this? Please advise.

Probably too long would be my best guess.

There is a link sowing up as Claim Account. When I do that I arrive at a signup page. I input e-mail and password click message - this e-mail is already in use.

I tried the other way too through the gear as described in the link above
