Exactly
I am a Satanist
(I like playing characters yay)
One second, I'm a devout Christian, the next, king of all atheists
What do I actually believe?
Hint: nothing
A Jedi
HOW DID YOU FIND OUT?
I once, waaaas lost, buuuut nowww, I'm found
Christian now!
Sieg heil to the devil himself Jesus Christ
Sorry fam
omg
@Midnight look at this <:nasalies:485141702403686403>
He's just having fun banning
Or she? Idk
Hi Mart
A basic joke is different from trolling
It doesn't have to be funny to have comedic intent
You are quite literally the joke police
No fun allowed guys
Isn't that an opinionated subjective way to run a multi-thousand member server?
If you don't like a joke then just not laugh, no need to take moderator action
It is
It's hilarious really
What analysis?
Okie dokie
Probably in a few minutes, for a few seconds before Soldz bans him for making a joke he didn't chuckle at twice or more
Mute again*
How is joking breaking the rules?
It was a single message, not meant to be taken seriously, not meant to bother anyone. It was strictly to lighten the mood, the very opposite of trolling. You're just making excuses to take unneeded action because you, personally, didn't like it
That my friend is what I like to call moderator abuse
If he went on to defend the standpoint and stress it then sure, it would be trolling
But it was a single message, a single joke
This is as close to debating as it gets
Oh
Soldz wanna gave a friendly debate about it or nah? Up to you, I have time, and won't be rude lmao
So no?
😭
Oooo
Who goes first? Again, idc
No rush
Hello
Be careful not to make another unfunny joke, that's blasphemy
I am
This is one of the rare occasions where I act serious
Midnight knows my true side
And *I know his*
He is insane
Soldz that was a lovely debate and I think we both learned a lot from it, well done
Hello
Wtf are your roles?
@~socks and candles~ honestly just leave before you fall down the same spiral of despair that I did with flat earth
It's almost depressing to see people new to flat Earth. Makes me feel weird how used to it I've gotten
Guys, most people believe Earth is round. Whether it's a disc or sphere, saying that won't convince them
Dylpickle I am the biggest space nerd you have ever met, take my word for it when I tell you *you are not going to convince anyone anything*
Eh
They're less "dumb" than they first sound
Idk Mart
It's a family reunion!
Carter
Are you actually a flat earther?
Then let's debate
My step grandfather saw the Holocaust for himself and people called him a liar for it dude
NOT IN VC
@!GPT "Damn new york city blocking light again someone needs to do something about light pollution from new york on pluto" you must realize, light pollution is something that "lingers" in-atmosphere. If you've ever looked at a major city from a distance in the dark, you would understand what I mean. EVEN without light pollution it is damn near impossible to see Pluto due to being both one of the smallest celestial bodies in the solar system and also one of the farthest
I saw you typing JAXA LIES my friend
Probably not
Probably to that though
Yes @!GPT there is a problem, the view is terrible and that is also night vision. I was referring to vision via naked eye, sorry I didn't clear that up first
F
@!GPT oh wait I'm sorry, I just realized you think Pluto is a star????
If you're going to dedicate your life to attacking the globe model then you should at least understand it better than a toddler
Wait what?
OH I see what you're on about
You're on about the lack of visualization of all stars, I like this, you're creative
The stars are too dim relative to Earth, with a higher exposure the stars will quickly come into view but then the Earth and moon will become uncomfortable bright. You could also simply turn up the brightness and see stars too in most pictures actually
That must be recording an orbit synchronized with the solar angle on Earth
There are lots of synchronized types of orbits
It all depends on orbital altitude
The sun is only staying in place *relative* to the camera
Because that's exactly where the makers put the camera...
Those pictures of Earth are taken very close, so they overlay images with Each other. As you may know, the closer you are to a sphere, the less of it you see. To fix this they overlay multiple images, NASA openly admits this dude
JAXA look in <#484515645258596369>, I turned up the brightness for you and I encourage you to do it yourself
@Citizen Z I know, that's exactly what J said
Nvm sorry I can't post there
Where should I post an image?
What????
This is literally well known in astronomy??
I know that
This isn't in all cases
It's because most of the pictures are taken too closely to portray the entirity of Earth
So they photoshop them to overlay multiple photos
Hold on I'll find you one
Not even being sarcastic, thanks for talking about it
I know
Well it's the same clouds just from different photos
In different orbital periods
Okie dokie, where should I post an image?
