Trump stated in his last video before taken off of Twitter he said a peaceful transfer of a new administration he never claimed a Biden administration. Trumps cabinet are all resigning and pence would be replaced for a new VP a whole new administration. Trump stated on Election Day he doesn’t want a ballot dump at 4 AM and then we all know something fishy happened after they stopped counting. Trump knows what’s happening but is trying to stay ahead to win the long run.

It’s mostly going to be Internet based communications that will experience outages. Best bet for the president to get his message out to everyone instead everyone hearing from social media. you’ll hear it directly from him on the emergency broadcast system.
