I mean, 10,000+ New registrations/hr is probably a factor.

But I so understand it, people will say it's all bots if there's no saved personalised accounts.

I mean, I know that they are probably struggling with the new traffic, but its still frustrating as a user to basically be unable to use the service when there are not really any other options (bans from Twitter, Parler being down, etc.)
