Dlive has some re-streaming contracts or something. Owen Benjamin stopped using the N and said it's because Dlive were cool, gave him good reasons for why they asked.

They were straight forward with creators about it, apparently a pretty cool company. I've had good tech support interactions with them too so I can at least confirm they have good folks over there.
