Small gloat because I canโt elsewhere. I work at a hospital in city thatโs a blue dot on a red mad and one of my coworkers is one of the classic progressive SJWs thatโs been getting worse this year. He pissed off enough people that leadership talked to him again and apparently weโre pretty harsh and now the little bitch is pouting every time he comes into the office and barely talks to anyone. Little brat can dish it out but pouts when he gets in trouble. Iโm enjoying this too much and honestly hope he gets fired or quits
My asshole coworker made a Facebook post about a patient where he had divulged personal information and making potentially offensive conjecture. He just set up my hospital system up for major lawsuit. These progressive assholes donโt think about the consequences of their actions how they set up companies for major lawsuits
I was hoping to get peoples thoughts on all this. Iโm a physician hospitalist meaning I work just in the hospital caring for admitted patients. Iโve cared for multiple Covid patients and pretty sure I had it myself 2 months ago. I enjoy this channel and agree with much of it but curious about things like calling it a hoax. So what do people and their friends/family think of Covid? Deadly disease? Convenient political cover? Have you lost trust in the healthcare system or science (or maybe never had it)? Anything. Iโm not looking for an argument, just curious about peopleโs thoughts.
Do you think the initial panic/concern was warranted?
I like rants. We had a lot of unexplained illnesses in the months leading up the first person โtesting positiveโ that many of my colleagues suspect itโs been here for many months
Did I miss something in regards to the tax returns? On a from with 79 lines, they only gave the amount of one line? Was there anything he did that was illegal? Also, isnโt that what everyone tries to do, pay the least amount in taxes as they can?
But thatโs not fair. Rich ppl have it and I want it... actually some days I wonder why people find it fair that Iโve been in school and training until age 30, I work up to 80 hours a week, days, nights, weekends, holidays, etc and the more I work, the less I get in return due to higher and higher taxes tax rates while treating people on Medicaid or disability many times because of their own life choices (alcohol, drugs, morbid obesity) thatโs where my taxes go, to support their lifestyle. And people want to tell me I donโt pay my fair share
Seems to be happening to California too
I just got the vaccine a few hours ago.
Iโm a doctor and take care of hospitalized Covid patients and have a pregnant wife at home. Some apprehension but figured I might as well be a guinea pig. Iโll let you know if anything fun happens
