HOA’s are a bunch of Karen’s who want everything perfect and doesn’t like anybody else’s interests

A friend of mine actually got sued by his areas HOA and it was because a pebble that was decoration on his yard fell out of place

Unfortunately they do have authority to do a lot of things

Funny story is that the HOA did not want anybody to buy plants to decorate front yards yet 90% of the HOA leaders bought exotic plants and put them on their front yards

If they were gonna force everybody else not to use plants to decorate front yards then they shouldn’t be able to decorate their front yards with plants
