I've gotten alot of heat from friends that ive told i don't support BLM

I don't think i need to be a part of a movement or charity to know people's lives matter

Just because i don't support BLM. They just spout off about how it makes me anti-blm and such even tho ive given my reasons as to why i don't support.

I don't think they'll listen. Literally one day they was defending the protests by saying they're wearing masks so they're fine, but in tbe very next text they said masks aren't really effective when i asked them about all the canceling Thanksgiving stuff after i said what if families wear masks

I was trying to discuss some of the problems going on in the world with a friend and it got to the point we were talking about blm and and covid and such and was saying i completely agree that people are dying isnt a good thing and they replied "notice how you didn't say black people are dying" as if that was supposed to prove something. I legitimately didn't know how to respond

I've been hearing people say that more and more and i honesty agree more and more every day. Like it really drives me nuts to hear that people of a certain skin color have it better because of it, but here i am eating ramen every night, living in a small trailer

I could never call someone that's a friend names like that, but i fully see why some folks would. Theys just hard to deal with at points >w> i was going off about how id never call their ideas bad, out of respect of course, and they just straight up told me they're calling my ideas/opinions bad so like.. So much for discussion with them

I've tried explaining to them that i don't care what their politics are and that i in fact see them being a friend far more important than their politics and are surprised at my viewpoints because im "in the lgbt community", but me being bi has nothing to do with anything. A small bit of what they said was "If you support Trump, you are not an ally of anyone who's LGBT, a minority, etc. You are the enemy." And holy moly they're the one calling me extreme
