In America, Italy, England, the like. But mainly America, for this conversation, sorry. Lockdowns have been going on for almost all of 2020.

And the reason doing it or not doing its outcome is important, is because of the risk of infringing upon the constitutional rights of the people. There is a clause saying that in reasonable cases that may be necessary, however the effectiveness of lockdowns is directly tied to that rationalization.

So theoretically what are the differences between the action taken, and how might that implementation be executed in America legally?

Okay. However, the implementation of those stricter lockdown rules, whatever they may be, is the problem. The action taken itself is unconstitutional. However there is an amendment saying the rights those lockdowns concern may be temporarily infringed upon for the rational betterment of the country as a whole. That’s the problem. There is a 99.8 percent survival rate for Covid-19. The current restrictions in place have proven ineffective. Those that are at risk for death or damage from Covid-19 have been compromised through this. In NY a little over six thousand positive covid patients were moved to nursing homes with testing for covid before entry not being allowed. That amount and hundreds more came out as corpses, attributing over two percent to the four percent mortality rate in NY. A separate containment facility was government funded in the area ready to accept positive patients with proper PPE and Decontamination. This was one mistake the rules made that costed lived and deserves rational correction. However, that correction was the very thing that added to the death doll due to the loss of care physicians and proper protection for those at risk, along with extreme restrictions on dietary provisions. That’s New York alone. In California, CA, perhaps the most strict state so far, mortality is even lower in regards to Covid-19. It is higher in suicide, homicide, and malnutrition due to the extreme limitations on all movement, gathering, and even essential tasks. With meager checks that provide less than a month’s rent alone, the lockdowns have done far more damage, and have done nothing to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

The reason it’s not delayed the spread is because of a lot of things. One may be considered the contagions being airborn and touch related. Not a lot of people practice proper decontam. despite the fact that thirty seconds of direct sunlight and kill and neutralize the virus(and yet people aren’t allowed outside for a walk in LA?). The second you could say is masks. My family got the virus when the positive person, and the person by him, were both masked up AND six feet away. The mass produced masks are not only ineffective in protecting the user, as they have no filtration system for airborn viruses, they also fail to protect the outside area in practice. They are not surgical masks washed in a commercial hospital machine with high grade detergent and applied with extreme steril caution. More so, they are reused multiple times over and/or are applied incorrectly. This drastically lowers any menial protection for anything that it may have had previously.
