Does the SCOTUS usually not give any reasoning for dismissing a case and just say denied with no details? Could it be that the denial was because they are going to take the Texas case anyway?

So we should just sit by and get bullied?

In other words, the Texas case is against 4 states which changes the outcome of the election. The Kelly case only changes one state
