The verses relating to homosexuality are not cultural, and make up part of the moral law in Leviticus. The verses in First Timothy and Romans etc also call it dishonourable and immoral.
Sex is part of the sacrament of marriage, and the Bible is very clear that marriage should be between man and wife, and that sex should only be part of marriage.
