I think the explosive devices are a false flag attack by someone who wants to attack the alt right strawman. The reason I think that way is the targets ea none are actually running for a political position and second is the timing before an election.

I'll make a bet the soros and waters packages were mailed and the others were hand delivered because that would make it able to be done "reasonably" alone granted very little information. It would have been more interesting if they mailed the packages from cnn's mailroom.
