My twitter handle is kaizervonmaanen

Devon is such an alpha. May Allah bless him, I will inshaallah continue to pray for him. It will annoy the blasphemers if Allah grants him Jannah Al Firdaws. May Allah forgive him and grant him passage to the top, Ameen.

@Firkant just a little, nice server. Your name, is it Scandinavian?

I know, I am Norwegian.

Jepp, du ogsรฅ?

Better talk English for the sake of the others, how did you end up here?

Ah, hehehe.

Welcome, up for fajr are we?

As long as all the prayers are done on time; your sleeping schedule is exactly right. Any reason it's 'broken'? You study? Work?

๐Ÿ˜ been there before. But now I am 30+ married and have a proper job so haven't really gamed properly in a decade.

Dunno... I might be an old fart, I'm reasonably new here and just know a few from their tweets

What is your ethnic background? My father is from Trรธndelag, my mother is from Brazil. Only been Muslim ~10 years

Aren't all countries?

Well, May Allah bless you (and everyone else here). Yeah, I am a revert. My wife as well... I used to work as an artist, but after I became Muslim I took an engineering degree because men are supposed to provide for the family and art is not very lucrative.

Love Somalis though

Ich sprechen und reden ein bichen Deutch

Ich habt drei Jahre schule-Deutch.

Ich verste Deutch besser dann ich schreibe oder sprache. Es ist auslรคnder-Deutch.

Let's write English, please.

I should just do my fajr and go to bed. You have wudu, @Firkant ?

Enjoyed talking to you. We meet again, inshaallah. Welcome to the club.

You to as well, @Garf

Salam Alaykum wa rahmetullahi wa barakatu

French is a lovely language, but a completely degenerate culture

Anyone fasting the days before Eid now?

It's a Sunnah, innit.

I am constantly hoping for someone to start talking so I can reply. Don't know what to do with a discord filled with muslims

I already did, brother. Or else I can't meme with muslims in heaven when I die.

๐Ÿ™‚ Gonna plan ahead. And Islam is superior to anything else available to us.

Going to bed, fajr is over and I have one hour sleep before I have to go to work. Salam Alaykum wa rahmetullahi wa barakatu

Hopefully, neo-nazis are degenerates and almost always Anti-muslim and even pro-israel.

I am ethnic Norwegian... But so is my wife. But it was no problem getting married, when I looked for a wife I could easily marry most girls from any place in the world. Reverts have a good reputation. If there is any discrimination then it's that we are preferred.

Yeah, but that is only due to the fact that people usually have married locally. But yes, there seems to be a bias in favour of Europeans.

Same here in norway, if you look at old paintings then the women looked Muslim. And we were strict when people took Christianity seriously, but almost nobody takes it seriously now.

I don't know what they mean with tolerant. They want to make sure muslims can get jobs, but they are usually against people practicing the religion. I don't trust them

True, same in norway. Christians today usually just change their religion to fit with whatever the atheists consider trendy. Pure degeneracy. Christians are mocked here as well and they mock themselves. Which is why people react so strongly to Muslims because muslims generally don't mock their own religion or tolerate that others do. If Jesus is mocked only Muslims get angry here in norway.

Atheism is degenerate and I feel Christians should be able to decide how they live to a larger degree. But we used to have a state church and the church leaders the last 80 years have pretty much always been atheists.

But as I always say, there is no secular reason why any moral claims are true. So atheism implies that no morality exist. For example if someone wants to kill and eat children and accepts jail or believes he can avoid it then he has no reason why he ought not do it. Unless you mix in Islam or Christianity. From a purely non-religious perspective there is no reason not to do it. They can only say it is morally wrong to kill and eat children if they don't want to do it.

State churches are degenerate and yes it was to control the religion. Nobody can control Islam though it is a disorganised religion. Look at all the degenerate and evil Muslim leaders trying to control it. They have no chance so they just have to suppress Muslims and Muslim practices.

They say they believe that, but those values are based largely on Christian values. There is no secular reason why any of those rights are real.

For example if an atheist leader wants to break human rights (like Sam Harris for example who thinks torture is a good thing to do) then what reason do they have not to do it?

But then again, God guides who he wants to guide. There are many very smart and honest atheists. Like the philosopher J. L. Mackie (one of my main influences in moral philosophy). He wrote a great book called "The miracle of theism: arguments for and against the existence of God" which is probably the most comprehensive book on the subject. And even when he found arguments for the existence of God that he seems to think is both sound and seemingly valid that still doesn't make him believe in God. He just assumes that someone will find a good counter argument in the future. Ever since then I have not cared about arguing for the existence of God. Even if you convince someone that you have a good argument that doesn't make them believe in God. The belief that God doesn't exist is not something they have come up with by rational reasoning and therefore rational reasoning can not lead them out of it. They are completely blocked of from the almighty majesty of the universe, creator of the universe. Until they change so that they please the Lord.

Bellator: Allah saved you from a degenerate with that girl. Are you Brazilian? My mother is from Brazil, but my father is Norwegian.

That is great, haha!

I have lived in Norway my whole life (except I also lived two years in Scotland)

Where in Brazil? How is it to be Muslim in Brazil? I assume they better understand the idea of believing in God (something that is completely alien here in Europe)

What do you do otherwise? Work? Study?

I try to keep it a secret at first. But when asked I tell. I remember one guy at work who was completely shocked and disappointed. He said "But you are highly educated in the sciences?!" and he stopped himself from saying "what is wrong with you?". He just turned quiet and completely baffled.

Many people here call themselves Christians, but most don't believe in the Bible or God (according to the Eurobarometer from 2005, only approximately 25% of Christians in norway say they believe in God.) so they consider Islam a bizarre religion.

Many atheists are perfectly nice as well of course even though they have no rational reason to.

It is Friday. Have some of you people read Surah Al Kahf as is Sunnah?

I would have fought against Ataturk, the beast. When he removed the Caliph. Because those brothers and the Kurd who led them must have surely been on haqq even if they lost. I would have died doing the right thing.

We can always ask Allah to make things easier for him. In the worst case.

Wa Alaykum asalam wa rahmetullahi wa barakatu

Muslims memeing mostly

Yes, he converted to Islam then his nazi "friends" ridiculed Islam and he killed them for the blasphemy.

The nazis ought to have known better. Don't know enough about the situation to know if it was justified or not. But may Allah bless Devon Arthurs and grant him Jannah Al Firdaws. At least he was overcome with righteous wrath. Nazism is degenerate, but that is what the brother was before he was Muslim. I was also a total degenerate when I was a kaffir. No kuffar avoids degeneracy.

Becoming a Muslim is a very emotional time. All the religious fervour you can imagine and none of the good sense that learning about the religion gives. Kuffar learn from media that muslims kill everyone that ridicules Islam and he probably thought that it was what he was supposed to do. Not saying what he did was wrong. But I did not know a lot about Islam when I became Muslim. I knew there was one God, Muhammad was his messenger, the Quran is the word of God, angels and djinn exist and judgement day will come. Everything else was mostly media stereotypes. I was a bit afraid when I went to the masjid to convert because I thought muslims might not want a kaffir in the masjid. Had no idea, didn't know any practicing Muslim.

I decided to convert after bringing another girl home to have sex with. I always rejected them after the first night because I did not trust any women. Everyone practice adultery and I was thinking 'better I hurt them first before they hurt me'. But I was disgusted with myself. I had recently read in the Bible (Gospel of Matthew 26:39, you should read the verse) where Jesus falls on the ground with his face like a Muslim when he prays to God and say "do what you want, God. Don't do what I want". Christians believe Jesus is God so they believe he says "Don't do what I want, but do what I want" and when the contradiction is pointed out they say it is a mystery. But I just think the Muslim idea made more sense. But as soon as I had thrown the girl out I tried to find a mosque. Because it was Friday and I knew Muslims prayed Friday prayer so I went early in the morning. But the mosque was closed. But I saw a woman in hijab walking with her husband and they found a masjid for me that was open and I stayed there until jummah and I said the shahada after jummah.

Since you liked convert stories

What does that mean?

A man showing off his awrah like a homosexual prostitute.

@...new well, if they ridiculed the religion then it (allegedly) is obviously not morally wrong of course. I don't know the guy or what happened. Just mentioning a theory because I bought some of the narrative myself. On the surface it looks like a honorable act and I didn't intend to make the brother look bad or anything like that. The world is better off without blasphemers. Shame he got caught, but he will get justice on judgement day.

Calling a good Muslim a kaffir makes you a kaffir yourself.

Many people holds a gun and a Quran together, people have all sorts of different reasons to do it. And he was a nazi when he was a kaffir.

You lied about what twitter is yours so why should we trust you now?

Allah guided him despite his degenerate politics. He can't be that bad all in all.

Politics is part of Islam just like salah.

Politics is only dark when secularists do it because there exists no secular reason why any moral claims are true. So they might make it legal to kill sick children and so on. Muslims need to be political and fight degenerate secular views.

People who hold on to secularism are not really Muslim though. Are you afraid of a bunch of kuffar? They will hold on to secularism even if Muhammad (saw) was the leader.

Secularism is believing that humans are superior to Allah. People who might do that are degenerated beyond any reasonable position.

People need to learn that there is no non-religious basis for morality. So any non-religious reasoning in politics is amoral and arbitrary.

Good scientists though. Should have good religion as well, the safawids destroyed Iran.

He is apparently lying and it is not actually his twitter (at least he said so in another channel)

What a degenerate. I always assumed that Sadiq Khan was a Muslim.

@carlos are you a programmer? Says so on the twitter if I'm not mistaken.

What language? Why don't we team up and do some project? Something that can help muslims get a job. I studied with some super smart muslims who got top grades, but they were the last people to get a job. Likely because they were Muslim. I know Python, Javascript and a little bit of Java and C#. I am a data scientist. A little hobby project for fun and possibly profit? Unless you hate the idea of bringing work home

Yes, mostly database stuff, statistics and that sort of thing. I know a little bit of machine learning. But have done a little bit of development. Maybe we could make a Web app? Any ideas? I have a few. My best idea is a Uber for restaurants. Because all the best restaurants that have take-away do not have delivery. Could make a business where people order food delivered and can order food from any place that do not have deliveries? Maybe? All sorts of stuff we could do. But let's brainstorm. If it is fun to make then it is much easier to make a business out of it.

Facebook was a copy of MySpace. Just because someone invented a variant does not mean that it is the best. McDonald's is a copy of white castle. But yeah, just keep it in mind. Something fully on the Internet would be the best. Maybe a Muslim 4chan. Haha... I love 4chan, but too much degeneracy. Or maybe something that blocked haram, yeah.

Webapps can also easily become regular apps these days.

I don't think there is a lot of money in blocking haram though. Unless we make some sort of easy way to set up such blocks on WiFi. Should be possible as a webapp, no? At least people who don't know a lot would likely want a easy way to do it to keep their children from haram. Can be scary to go into the admin page for the wireless router.

For people who don't know a lot. Make a general easy-to-use interface that keeps updated with the local routers. Maybe.

Hmm... Wouldn't seem like a good way to get cash. What about a variant of shopify that integrates well with tons of payment options. Even crypto. People are always looking for a easy to use shop and we could provide a limited free version. Cool templates and that sort of thing. And maybe a amazon/etsy-style shop front that includes the products people add on their own small websites? Amazon is a good business with pretty much no competition.

Before I became Muslim I was a professional artist. After becoming Muslim I started studying engineering. But I can still easily make my mind wander and then suddenly go "that's not a bad idea". I still paint as a hobby, but engineering pays way more than art.

So wanna make a shopify variant?

Yeah I painted that. Just sketching it took 40+ hours and I sprayed chemicals on it so that it didn't rub off when I painted on top. But the chemicals was for coal and not color pen that I used so the sketch melted off and I almost ruined the whole sketch and had to redo most of it. Ever since then I started sketching on computer and print it out on canvas because it is a pain and a lot more work than it looks. Can't see the sketch with paint on top. I did it because of the money yes. I don't have experience with security either. We need to give clear roles and responsibilities. But both should probably keep security in mind. It is integral and if we have problems with it then the company is ruined.

Have you used Trello? Slack? Any project management tools you like? Have you used git?

I have been in projects, but never really started one. You made a game, that is great. Have you used git? It has a learning curve, but is fantastic for collaboration projects. Www.udacity.com has a free course in how to use git where you learn 99.999% of what you will ever use. (which is about 1% of what git can do). I feel we should use Trello and Slack. Trello is free forever and great to create tasks that need to be done and so on.

Git makes the job much easier. You will see how useful it is and if you are ever going to work with programming then I bet it is pretty much required to know at least one version control system. Git is the most popular.

Your games look like good attempts. When we make a shopify variant then we need to make a 'minimum viable product'. So there is a bit of planning before we can start working. The git course is relatively short and you learn pretty much everything you need.

Git is great in case I mess up and delete important code, save and then upload it to the repository or to see why something stopped working between versions and many other things. Will save us months of work between versions.

What should we call the project? Even a project codename that we can call the trello board and repository. Yes, git is super complete (and complex) and the people who made it were very bright people. You will be amazed the more you learn about it.

There are other things like Mercurial which is easier to learn, but is less supported by online repositories.

Or maybe like Amazon take something that is not obviously something about shop so that people will look into it to see what it is.

I have worked on small projects in teams. Never used github in a team (I have used mercurial in a team) . I have used github professionally alone though. And contributed to machine learning open source projects.

Maybe we can name it after Devon. Maybe "Arthurs". A scandal in the making.

I'm up for it. But would be hard to Google though. Maybe Devonar... Or just Devon and become THE Devon. Did Devon have a nick here?

Hmm... Maybe just Devons? You know any language except English? Wolf is ulv in norwegian lupus in Latin... Lupdevon? Nah...
