but in category c in france you can only buy a riled shotgun yay another useless french law

the smooth barell shotgun is in b category in france that mean you need to have the proper authorization and you gun is not your poperty it belong to the governement

its mine is in category c just have to register it and its ok

and 8 for 10 shell of slug

0.54 cent of differance on one shell

its shitty ammo on good ammo triple the price

i just want to shot cheap on the range and buckshot is cheat

hum i dont thik is a great idea to get a rifled barrel if im gonna miss every shot

but more important is there any risk for me and the gun on the long term if a shot a rifled barrel with birdshot like premature wear or exploding cannon?

@Finn the magic dragon the link to wiki is pretty old now categorie dont have sub categories b6.b7.b8 is now in A and categorie c is a dump for everithing who dont match the mold of the other categorie basicly if you gun is a bolt with les than 10 cartidge in magazine and is inferior than 20 mm is a categorie c

yes category b gun is not yours if the gouvernement make the decision to ban b categorie you have the military on your door

if your 5 year autorization expire and you forget to make the demand of prolongation your fucked military personel on your front door . usualy the demande make 1 year (thanks for the legendary french administration )

Nope you have to be in the FFT (fédération française tir) 230€/year plus being register on a gun range 100€/year and pay aproximatly 30€ on stamp for the return of the documents plus monthly police check or your safe
