Marcelo Valle Silveira Mello (Brasรญlia, August 9, 1985) is a Brazilian extreme right-wing cracker and activist, [1] imprisoned in the Federal Police's Intolerance and Bravado operations. [2]
Marcelo joined the University of Brasรญlia (UnB), after passing the entrance exam for the Literature course, in 2005, and at the Catholic University of Brasรญlia, in 2006, where he graduated in Computer Science. Mello's criminal trajectory began in 2005, when he published a sequence of offenses against blacks on a UnB forum, on the Orkut relationship website. Through the internet, Mello made derogatory comments about colleagues approved through the quota system. He was prosecuted and sentenced in 2009 to one year and two months in prison.
In the following years, Marcelo deepened his arsenal of offenses and expanded the range of victims. He distributed death threats and, little by little, began to concentrate his messages on the website "Silvio Koerich", motivator of the arrest in the Federal Police's "Operation Intolerance". Until then, he frequently changed the vehicle used to spread his ideas, which made tracking difficult. He began to directly intimidate and death threats cited aspects of the victims' personal lives, including their children. After a year and six months in prison in Paranรก, he gained the right to serve his sentence in freedom. Mello again committed crimes, this time on the "Dogolachan" forum. In 2018, he was arrested for PF Operation "Bravata" and was sentenced to 41 years, six months and 20 days in prison for racism, coercion, criminal association, incitement to commit crimes, dissemination of pedophilia and terrorism images committed on the internet .
