Hello friends I need a little bit of advice for anyone with construction knowledge

I need to remove a stripped screw and am considering getting an extractor bit but I don't own a drill or an impact driver, could I get something really cheap like under $30 or do I have to spend a lot of money for a powerful one? Also do I need a powerful drill or can a smaller impact driver work?

Don't have a dremel either but this screw is flush against a steel plate

It also looks like a more complicated procedure but I'm even less experienced with dremels

for reference this is on a 2.5mm M3 screw that's securing a laptop hinge <:notlikemeow:350722757836800010>

hello @frugalcasper I got the stripped screws out by borrowing a friend's dremel and making a slot in the screw head, however, that first step didn't work, so we had to get a hand driver and a hammer and secure the laptop in place and hammer the screw loose enough for it to come out. I'll probably look into a cheap impact driver and extractor bits if I have to do this again <:BloodTrail:408376846078443520>

So today I picked up a pizza, and ran into a young girl behind the counter that I took on two dates and rejected me two years ago. I couldn't tell if she recognized me but she was her usual smiling self and tried to create opportunities for conversation. Before MGTOW I would've mentioned how I recognized her and made small talk. Instead I just acted as forgettable as possible (ghosting in plain sight) and left with my pizza. If she really wants to talk to me my number hasn't changed and she can call me and I can ignore her then.
