I gave nothing up, I didn't want it anymore. I don't see it as food now. there's no will power involved.

I researched it for around 8 months in 2016 and decided to switch on 1st august

my monthy food bill is £15-£30

Beans, rice, potaotes and vegetables etc are dirt cheap

I've also never felt tired of what I'm eating. Everything tastes good and satisfys me

Is there any tool similar to 4k downloader for ripping videos from bitchute to mp3s? I mean oone that allows for batch downloading.

thanks @conker. I'll have a play with JDownloader. Like you suggested, downloading the torrents and converting them after is another option, but how could I queue up a whole channel of torrents without opening each video to grab the magnet links first. All of it is likely pretty involved.

I'm trying to grab tfm's stuff now most of it's gone from youtube. Shame there's no playlists on BitChute, because he split of his philosophy stuff from news etc.
