Copyright is very petty, but I cannot appeal without giving my real name to the company who claimed it and I am not willing to do that.

Yes. However if the courts decline to hear a case, it allows them to essentially bypass the entire issue.
You can see analogous cases in regards to application of crimen injuria laws against BLF, as well as some of the fraud cases against Malema and co.

I'll disagree Cal. Almost in my 40s. I grew up in a golden decade where race really seemed to stop mattering. I had black friends, Indian friends, coloured friends and girlfriends from each.
When you are poor and working class, you have more important things to think about than race.
