Hey guys I am looking for some assistance

On Reddit I was banned for saying "fuck u/spez", that was the whole content and context of the message that got my banned. I tried appealing and my appeals were ignored, not even denied. Was my ban justified? If not, any recommendations?

In the ban message they cited harassment and threats

They *can* ban me but it just seemed unfair to me. I thought some people might want to know but idek who to reach out to. This was almost a year ago and I've sent in about 6 appeals, all have gone nowhere

If it's extra work for him and he wants to take on the job, idk why he shouldnt be allowed to

And if it isn't extra work, then he probably didn't need a secretary in the first place

not really, I mean if it's a full time job that can be done in half the necessary time, he is just being efficient

but if he is half-assing it because he can't put in enough time and the work isn't getting done properly, that'd be another story
