A CEO needs workers more then the workers need the CEO although both are needed elements the CEO makes decisions to make sure they stay in power if your rich and greedy you give your employees livin standards you give them say fire insurance so that they don’t lose everything get depressed and kill them selves you make sure they stay alive to secure your power

and you want to keep people happy because if they aren’t happy well they can take you out they can also unionize form a collective and hire your security force against you
