redpilled article tbh

2019-09-18 22:37:36 UTC [NEWS and POLITICS #economic-issues]

I'm sure it is very unhealthy. It's only been around for a few years and it's already getting children addicted to nicotine.

The longterm effects are unknown. We only have reason to believe that they will be negative.

The thing is that the tobacco industry owns a large stake in e-cigs as well

2019-09-18 22:41:33 UTC [NEWS and POLITICS #economic-issues]

So e-cigs are just another arm of big tobacco

Probably half or more of vapers started vaping without ever smoking in the first place. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Many possible long term effects are unknown because vaping is different than smoking cigarettes.

2019-09-18 23:01:33 UTC [NEWS and POLITICS #economic-issues]

You'll get a lot of the same problems as cigarettes and potentially more.

Vaping has only really been big for 3-4 years at most. Smokers have never really been known to die within 3-4 years. If people keep vaping, there could be a point 15-20 years in where they start dropping like flies.

Great Britain is pretty much synonymous with the united kingdom

the only part of the uk that isn't great britain is northern ireland and other colonies

great britain is the name of the island

He is the oldest president in history, and also one of the most alert and energetic

that's because of technology, if you want to grow as much food as you need to feed everyone you have to do it with modern technology. The only way to bring the jobs back is to grow less food.

There is nothing much for us in space.

The earth is still going to be more habitable than anywhere in space

by a long shot

not oil or biomass which is the main thing we need

there is no modern civilization without oil

there is nothing to breathe at all in space

Things are going to fall apart well before we have to worry about only breathing toxic fumes on earth

radioactive particles could be a problem from nuclear war or mass meltdowns but civilization will be over at that point

so it won't matter much what we can or can't breathe

It was a pretty brainlet manuever to have all of the refineries so close

an attack like that on national powergrids would spell the end

We need to turn the entirety of the united states into a nuclear bunker

The mexicans are spanish rape babies

well the aztecs were in north america depending on how you classify things

not really

They sacrificed more than nobility

they were sacrificing like 50k people a year at one point

The aztecs were despots and most of the tribes under them hated them

The final world war with china will be beautiful

Germany lost most of it's quality genetic stock in both world wars. The real germans are essentially gone

same with the french to some extent

Pretty much all the romans died when they fought hannibal

the real romans at least

They would lose in a conventional war but future wars won't be conventional

I think everyone will lose ww3 when it happens

China will probably just try to unleash some bioengineered viruses or superweapons

Yeah, they don't really have a creative bone in their body

China gives loans to african countries that they know they can't pay. They make the africans put large swaths of strategic land up for collateral and take it when they default on their loans

they want to build a highway through to europe and they probably plan to "annex" all of the land along it

highway or rail combo

neutral evil nation

They are also terrified of the u.s. navy

it stands in their way of world domination

Occam's razor.

It's the oil

China needs to be blockaded

The Kim Jong Un redemption arc ends with him turning against his chinese masters.

Liberation of Hong Kong 2022.

China killed millions of its own civilians

not even that long ago

the current government

They literally do have modern day concentration camps, people who criticize the government are sent there. China also does not publicize how many people they execute each year but it's suspected to be a massive number.

20-45 million people died under mao in only a few years.

The chinese education system is only propaganda. They don't even learn things like actual history.

Everyone has to swear allegiance to the communist party of china. Anyone who stands in their way is eliminated.

your delusional clown world will be shattered by american made bombs

No they didn't come from the middle east

the middle east used to be part of the roman empire and they only preserved a few things at best.

a lot of feudal "inventions" were just rediscoveries

rome was close to an industrial revolution. They had all of the component parts but just didn't think to combine them

Nope, you get your history from manual of the communist party

Every chinese citizen will feel the heat of american justice

After we invade china, we can call it even.

china will bow before their master

yeah it's a republic

Taiwan is the capital of china

the role of president is more closely modeled over the roman republic position of dictator, it's just a permanent role

Constitutionally, the president has unlimited power through executive orders. The only limit to their power is the perception of the courts pretty much.

It's quite unlike england.

British parliament composition wasn't based on population. Like some of their districts only had like 100 people in them.

And many areas had no representation at all

British parliament was basically just an advanced version of the feudal system where vassals could vote

Like 95% of people in britain couldn't vote. It was just a popularity contest amongst noble families

doesn't mean they could vote

The main difference between the u.s. in britain was that like 70% of people in the u.s. owned land while like 5% owned land in britain

70% of the u.s. was basically the equivalent to a noble

And none of these american nobles had representation in british parliament

so they rebeled

yes and most of the common people were landowners

around the revolution

it was definitely within that general range

The british army's recruitment model relied on conscription of peasants. Peasants had no land of their own and no meaningful wealth so they pretty much did what they were told. They tried conscripting these american "noble" landowners and it pissed them off. Eventually they stopped, but they basically treated american nobles like peasants even afterwards.

After the british conquered french canada, they had to deploy lots of troops in america to defend it.

not really, it just evolved into wage cuckery

serfdom wasn't so bad tbh

They still didn't own any land

serfdom is actually the final redpill

the hunter gatherer lifestyle wasn't sustainable

they hunted the megafauna to extinction

well there was a point where humans advanced too much

funfact: they never hunted the megafauna to extinction in africa

they didn't reach that point

There was a critical mass where people got too good at hunting to where they had to settle down and grow food.

to supplement themselves
