A program designed to send you to snap city if your max lifts are any way decent

I should amend what I said- it'd take me to snap city if I did it without deloading all my lifts by about 30kg/66lbs.

But really it says more about the lower rep scheme of the 5/3/1 program I'm doing than this one. It sounds fun but when I'm this close to 1 rep PRs on DL, Bench and OHP I couldn't bring myself to switch to it 😫
