how do I join the server? what is the server address?

how do I connect to the server? i'm new to the java Edition (played on Windows 10 until now) this is going to be the first multiplayer server i join on Java other than public MMO ones like Hypixel and InvadedLands and I dont know where to put the IP, Ive tried several times but it always says can't connect.

I might be doing it wrong, can someone just walk me through how I'm supposed to add/join a multiplayer server? I would love to craft with you all

im still not able to connect, does someone have to invite me to the sever or something? i dont have my discord and my minecraft account linked, could it have to do with that
