If I had to guess, the amount of time it takes will depend on the amount of people flagging it.

I wouldn't know how to find a jihadi video.

I know they have their biases, but they can't possibly sell jihadi video's to their advertisers or shareholders. So even they have an invested interest to get rid of them. But I can easily see how these obscure video's get lost in the vast amount of shit that gets uploaded.
