Now, I'm quite sure that she wants a serious relationship with me, but I'm not really that interested

But I wanna reject her in a way that will not shatter her and will help her actually become a better person

Because in the past I've had a similar situation and after rejecting the girl she cranked her whorish ways up to 11 and ruined her life quite a bit

While I know that it isn't my responsibility to make a person better and force anyone to change their ways, I would like to be a positive influence on her life and help her if possible

I made a bet with a few friends and in order to win I need to raise my maximum 1 repetition bench press to at least 90 kilograms (198 pounds) . My current best is 75 kilograms (165 pounds). Do you think this is possible with a month of rigorous training/proper nutrition and sleep, do you have any advice?

My night out went like this:
Go out for drinks with a friend, where everyone is cheering for the national team, people are merry and having a good time

Go to the city center by tram, there are no punks, criminals etc. in it, an old man falls over (problems with blood pressure), several people, including me, flock to help him to his feet and wait outside until an ambulance arrives

Enter another bar where I know all the waiters and have some conversation with them, have fun with another friend

Go back to the main city square and give some money to a man singing patriotic songs in public

Do you guys prefer horizontal or inclined bench press? Does using the inclined bench press offer any advantage?
