I love the summer here, it may be hot but it rains a lot.

I do have to be worried about tornadoes though.

When you went down the road, you'd see peoples little bushes and plants snapped.

When there are tornado warnings though (My house has never been hit by one) it gets windy as hell, when I tried to open the screen door it was hard to open.

We've has quite a few nights where we sat in the dark on our phones/tablets until they ran out of battery.

I check the radar on my weather page quite often looking at other parts of the world. It seems Australia gets bits of rain on the outskirts of it.

I know exactly where my town is on the map too so I know when a storm is coming, how big, how long it will take to arrive.
