This tweet is exceptionally dumb and misleading, let me explain why

1. No such festival occured. I have scoured both the local news and event planners, I can find no indication that anything more than a light show. In fact, I can't even find information about that. Even if it ever happened, which I am questioning more by the second, it was a rather routine "hey something important happened light up a important building in the colors of the flag where it happened" even that is done rather routinely

2. Words cannot fucking express the sheer insignificane of the Manneke Piss uniform change. Its a well known and ongoing cultural gag. Not only do we put him in uniform, we do it ALL THE TIME. in the last 70 years, we've put the little fucker in over a thousand different uniforms.
