Well yea, the thing about the bullying potentially could happen yet you could say that wouldn't factor in say a teacher noticing this in class or wherever it takes place, one of the peers standing out confronting them or telling someone like a teacher, or just the one being bullied through either emotional or physical conditions that the bully has inflicted gets noticed by his or her parent(s).

Well I'm not well versed with the conditions that Obama had placed, and there's the video stating that he placed in cages. Its just is there much explanation on why the detention centres under Obama were the way is it. I'm not trying to debunk it.

Its not much better with the media, since I live in Lancashire where all this fracking business is taking place, since a few years ago I remember that there was a BBC report on it and its what you expect from them. They say how cuadrilla (which I think is the company) said something along the lines of 'using safer equipment and technique' or something along those lines, since I'm paraphrasing. Then they literally cut to some place in America where the gas had leaked into the water system (for some reason) and I remember there being this woman lighting the water on fire or something.
