The question seems to be "should homosexuals be treated just like other people" which is an odd way to put it since we don't treat children like we treat other people. We grant certain groups privileges to protect them, and what I get from LGBT-so on activists they agree that homosexuals should be given special privileges to protect them from the meanie cis majority.

So through this Leavers agree with the LGBT and they both think the gays should be granted more protection.
