He explores how science and religion, work and leisure etc etc can be balanced and how cooperation rather than competition can lead to a healthy society. Psychedelics and psychology are a big part of it as well. Like how indoctrination, given that raising kids is always indoctrination in one way or another, can be useful ( as opposed to how indoctrination was used in the brave new wolrd). It's also a criticism of certain western attitudes and values and how they affect society. I should re-read it tbh but that's what I remember.

Race" has no taxonomic significance in humans as biologically all humans are homo sapiens sapiens. The concept of human race is based on arbitrary phenotypical and minor genetic differences. Most of the genetic variation in humans is individual variation. Variation between populations in humans is too minor to scientifically categorize people into races. When it comes to intelligence there certainly are differences between "races". To my knowledge, it's the scientific consensus that intelligence depends on both genetic and environmental factors. As we've established, most genetic variation is individual variation. To explain the few points of difference in different human "races" we have to look at environmental factors such as socioeconomic background, culture, home intellectual environment etc. There's conclusive data that shows within-group differences exceed between-group differences in I.Q, supporting this conclusion that genetics doesn't play significant role in the differences in IQ between different human populations.

This is the scientific consensus and I've heard many times people dismissing it as "politically correct popular science" without providing any better counter arguments or giving sources to back up their claims otherwise. I do not feel the need to provide sources as I mentioned, this is the consensus and I'm sure you can find studies and articles backing up everything I've said here.
