so technically we start off genderless

and no i dont think a vag/penus even forms at that stage

it has nothing to do with genetalia and all with chromosomes at that stage

so we dont technically start as females, its just that the female part of the chromosome shows its effects sooner

Well our chromosomes are determined at conception the genitalia just doesnt form untill later on in the development of the fetus
