but they are very muddy and lose a lot of detail and xe800 is missing punch in this music

How does Monoprice's 8323 stack up against chink earphones. I've enjoyed it. replaceable cable, nice over-ear design. isn't perfect sounding but for $16, it's pretty damn good.
