I got charged with possession of a concealed knife. It was dropped bc the blade was under 4 inches. I’ve been detained for suspicion of escape and evasion of law enforcement (which I didn’t do). My friends were with me and they said we were walking and talking even tho I told them not to say anything except we will go back inside if there is a problem with us being out.

that's not what police like to hear. i've dealt with police a few times when i was younger (low risk situations like that), and i just said "okay, i'm sorry." (officer talks here) "okay, we will right now"

So they said they had to take us to the station (standard protocol) after they said that and then there I told them my name and dob then they called my parents and told them i have 2 choices. Be detained indefinitely or be put on house arrest. Also I do talk to them a lot and I only tell the ones I don’t know to fuck off.

ya. it's just i'm not that into TDA's 13.2k margin price for e-mini futures when i can go to another FCM and pay just 500 per contract. (margin price is similar to stock price.... it's actually different, but when you're entering the contract, it's similar)

i've got 100k to trade with, and while i wanna start slow, i want to ramp up to some decently sized portion of that as my strategy works and my confidence builds

for futures, i'm thinking just trading with 5k of it. then as i get really good at scanning stocks, i can probably make more in those kinds of trades. low float, large movers, small share price

but i gotta learn how to find the high probability winners for the day
