I ain't gonna lie I'm deep in the shit. Depression is taking my ass to town and I keep getting shuffled around for work. I don't sleep, barely eat, and any sleep I do get is to wake up terrified. It's the shit fam.

It's not that it's worse, I'm just always like this. Like, constantly. I'm always on edge, always stressed as fuck, always angry.

The simple fact is that I'm stuck getting flip flopped from different districts for work, my sleep scheduel is maybe 8-9 hours every 3-4 days and the damage to my body has me in constant fucking pain which makes depression worse

Have you thought of getting another job?
