Some have yes,but this goes more detailed into how to make them,etc. I've always loved various oils for uses amd even use my homemade "Colloidal Silver"-that actually helped heal me in past alot!

You can use it for practically anything. I've made up batches,2oz,examp a day,to drink,to use prior to back surgery & after,healed alot faster,doctors impressed. Common cold,sinus infections,daily health,topical in cuts, sores or abrasiins to heal faster,quite wide variety,can use in conjunction with antibiotics of severe infections like Bronchitis,etc,list goes on..

Dad got me into over 10yrs ago. Last to say as isn't a book and dont want to get in trouble
