One based on Mass Effect has been in development hell for a while now. But produced by Legendary Pictures, who usually make pretty high qualify films.

There is an anime Mass Effect film that's pretty good. It's canon too. And one for Dragon Age.

i only watch Legendary NudePics productions.

I really liked Inquisition. It made that series amazing again after the severe disappointment of Dragon Age II.

And Andromeda looks like it'll be much better than ME3.
