I tried to subscribe to CTM and listen to the Pam/Radix interview. I followed the instructions provided but got a message at the top of the screen (CTM) saying that the plan was not valid anymore. I checked my CTM account status and it says Inactive. What the heck?!

@Deleted User if you are on this using a smart phone, you can swipe from the left till you see all members then go from there, also at the top you should see the two man. Select/touch it and it will show all members

Not quite sure what you are saying. This is the help-desk. I have been trying to get in the Live Chat or Top Chat to communicate to the other individuals in there. I do not want to be a Moderator or even a person with a wrench, just a part of the group. Is this so hard for someone to help?
