RED STORM Target districts: IA-4 (David Loebsack), IL-17 (Cheri Bustos), WI-3 (Ron Kind), and maybe some others

Forcing the Democrats into defense in these districts will hobble Democrat efforts to expand their influence in nearby districts.

The New Hampshire districts will also be VERY competitive!
