what do u guys think of the zombie deer running around
What zombie deer?
@ionic famine I donโt know anything about a zombie deer.
i put a screen shot
I see it. Are you not able to share links?
well i wanted show a picture of some available websites that are reporting on it
Ok.
What device are you using?
my pc
Do you know how to save an image to your pc?
One sec
@ionic famine Can you post links now?
yea
i could before lol
thats how i got my screen shots posted
Try posting an image now.
there
Oh. Thatโs much better. ๐
tell me how a celeb evades deportation for over 10 yrs
Can you post the link to that article?
I can finally respond to your question of the day, Gwench
@gohan Hey ๐
It's a very nuanced question, honestly
Hmmm
Alright
so the irs and the rest of the us government overlooked this for over 10yrs?
@ionic famine I donโt understand it. Looking at his history and his wrap sheet, he was known to police. The local authorities had to have known he was illegal. ๐ค
So, it hasn't been proven yet whether or not he staged the attack, although some stuff *is* suspicious. The police investigation is also pointing towards the attack having potentially been faked.
Now, assuming that he *did* stage the attack, the only illegal thing he did was knowingly file a false claim. Now, since it was not done with malicious intent (i.e. framing someone), the maximum punishment he should face, would be, in my eyes, a fine.
Criminal charges are a no, because people don't face criminal charges for false reports. It's considered a misdemeanor, at most.
can be a felony depending on juristicion
...is that not exactly what I said?
Except, since it wasn't done with malicious intent, it isn't a felony
Nor was it done to obstruct an investigation
Anyways, those are my thoughts on it
Itโs malicious intent to misrepresent the local culture of that region and cause division.
agree
I understand that, but the legal definition of malicious intent doesn't match that
Now, if he had submitted the crime report online, then it's a felony
Chicago has weird laws
well he is taking away time from real investigations maybe not intentionally but he is
Also. Now Smollett is accusing the Nigerian brothers of lieing. Itโs been taken to the next level.
We also need to take into account that he may be insane
But, legally speaking, the longer this investigation drags on, the worse it'll be for him if he's found to be lying.
Of course, politics often obstructs justice, so realistically, he won't face felony charges.
I want to know how you know it wasnโt done with malicious intent.
Alright.
It's pretty much common sense.
Without realizing it, you are coming to assumptions.
If he staged the attack, he hired people to "attack" him
Right?
Yes. Whatโs your point?
Now, if he was trying to frame someone, he'd have named a specific person
And wouldn't have hired people with a connection to him.
What is the goal of a fake hate crime gohan?
In Chicago, malicious intent in reporting crimes is a "targeted attempt to undermine the legal status of an individual"
Legally, it wasn't done with malicious intent.
I don't let my emotions cloud the reality of the situation. As such, I recognize that regardless of how we feel, legally, he did not report with malicious intent
Well now heโs hooped. Because he is now accusing his personal trainer of lieing. Now it would be malicious if itโs found that his accusations were false.
Was the man his personal trainer?
Yes
๐
Everywhere else I read it, it says they were just acquantances
Nope
I have not found a single version of the story where it says he was his personal trainer
Would you like to link me an article?
Jussie Smollet isnโt backing down. Now he claims that he was still the victim of a hate crime and he is now being victimized again.
There are big holes in his story.
- one of the attackers was his personal trainer. ๐
How is he going to explain not being able to identify his attackers. They were wearing red baseball caps ffs. They werenโt wearing ski masks. Lol
https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-02-17/jussie-smollett-maintains-innocence-pits-himself-against-nigerian-brothers?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+zerohedge%2Ffeed+%28zero+hedge+-+on+a+long+enough+timeline%2C+the+survival+rate+for+everyone+drops+to+zero%29
How does ZeroHedge know this, but no well-known news sources do?
That's besides the point
Since the initial complaint had no mention of a specific person, it is not considered malicious.
ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ
Lol
The legal system is all sorts of goofed
I don't like it any more than you do
Gohan. You are a libtard arenโt you?
I am not
I thought we've been over this?
A sheep ๐
I got no deviance on the political compass test
None whatsoever
Also, a "libtard" would be screaming "BELIEVE HIM"
Because obviously, a gay colored person is *absolutely incapable* of telling lies
Actually Iโm just ever so slightly to the right of centre
The closer to the center, the better
We're pretty close though
Why is that?
Center vs. slightly right of center
Center is better because it shows that you're less likely to hold extreme political views.
Cleary it was malicious
My political views used to be left of centre/
The guy is a racist hater
Z, did I not *just* say that it is not malicious according to the *legal definition?*
Obviously insane
Lol
Also, if he's insane, he won't face criminal charges
And I just said it is malicious
