carne asava is now telling people that omnis purchased that asava.vip site for the purpose of doxxing him and releasing his private information.. Any lawyer, cop, or judge would tell you that is attributing motive with no evidence.. Omnis argues that he purchased that domain for asava as a friend in good faith when unicornpoo was making him a website and he has said it the day he bought it in a DM to UNICORNPOO.. on the 20th 4 days before the falling out.. He further argues that he threatened to make a wiki to post the TRUTH about any LIES that asava may have told about omnis or his business, because asava threatened to lie and slander omnis TO THE PUBLIC, that would constitute PUBLIC INTEREST.. , IF asava did not stop slandering his business and harassing and doxxing him he would use legal means to combat his pathetic stalker behavior.. Blackmail requires "intent" and "coercion" and a demand for the exchange of value or service..

Omnis claims his "intent" is clearly to protect himself and business from slander, defamation, and libel, using perfectly legal means of fair use and public interest, not destroy carneasava.. What omnis has requested is for you to leave him and his business alone and stop all illegal activity, harassing, doxxing, and slandering. Demanding some one to follow the law is not "coercion" since the law is mandatory the accused is not the party pressuring you to comply its the us gov laws.. Being left alone and reasonably safe from criminal targeted harassment slander def and libel does not constitute "value" or a "service".

Carne Asava Has now claimed that he has used LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENTS inside of PROUDBOYS to file official paperwork for a claim of blackmail and reported it to the FBI. If this proves to be true then it would possibly be a very serious case of corruption, with very serious implications. At this point Omnis has given him every chance to talk this out on several servers and in front of many witnesses, but carne refused each time and seems determined to destroy omnis and all his friends. This threat to frame omnis will be taken at face value. He was just going to do a video response to correct lies, But at this point what choice does he have..

It has been almost 3 weeks omnis held off official paperwork he gave chance after chance to work issues out in chat on many servers while asava was actively slandering his business, because he knows a lawsuit would ruin asava and he didn't want to do him harm.. and each time asava refused to talk.. now asava is trying to frame him for federal crimes. There is no more feeling sorry for you at this point you belong in jail and you have been warned enough.

Omnis never had a problem with the proudboys and hopes that they have actual values and safeguards against letting members fall for dumb stuff and commit crime and corruption because of it, he hopes they are capable of conversation, but if it turns out that they are easily manipulated to be used in a criminal fashion then If you know him you know he's just going to say, "Though the heavens fall justice be done" He will call out bad faith acting on any "side" without hesitation out of principal.

You failed to intimidate him to keep quiet about your lies and slander.. you can't always keep the truth away from people through "blacklisting", banning through false reporting, slander, and harassment and intimidation. People that are worth a shit will always want to hear both sides, Strong people refuse to be censored or intimidated.. Omnis now has full confidence that PB does not condone illegal activity in an organized fashion. ANY members that prove to be dumb enough to fall for these lies and aid in the harassment, doxxing, or false filing of police reports, do so as individuals not proudboys. People that engage in organized criminal activity are a liability to what ever group they are a part of. Groups can not always help getting a few bad actors or detect them. That does not mean the organization condones or directs such behavior.
