Turns out that SCOTUS denied this case because Texas filed their case, and it is basically the same case but against all the states instead of just PA.
Very simply, the Texas lawsuit encompasses that one PA case. The SCOTUS wonโt waste their time with only the smaller case, since it is included in the more encompassing case against the many states.
Itโs all a shit-show, but it still requires lots of patience and optimism that good will prevail.
