Super fast can run most games on high/ ultra settings 720p 60fps
To get the best performance if you get the system is to first overclock the GPU as that is what is holding this system back

But you can also build a desktop for cheap this one here can do full 1440p at 60fps+ ultra settings. And the cpu can overclock super higher
Also with that r9 fury you can ask the guy to go 30-40 dollars cheaper

You can ask the guy selling the r9 390 to go 20 dollars cheaper
