because there is ALWAYS a correlation between these measurment syetems...

But we have to MEASURE what that constant speed is

and since we KNOW the actual speed, we can use it to figure things out

But measuring can only change in the TYPE of mesurement. It does not change the basic physics...

Doesn't change the physics, but even basic physichs can be changed in how they are measured. What if the technology needed to show a different fact is decades or longer away? Those even simple facts could come into question if we have much better technology 50 years from now
