when u keep a selected list of ppl not elected in for every election as electoral judges over ballot counting of votes and not part of the electoral commission, but listed as donors as well for any party..it shows they are corrupted and bias towards the ballot counting and voting
unbias should be no criminal history(including family members), no donations to any party, and fully versed in us constitutional law
