i tried to find it on the weather network but didn't have luck, i had a feeling that if it was real, it was the result of a dispersion of clouds from the interception of the missile launch.

I found a post that claimed it was a Helicopter. Said the camera gave 14 seconds at once . That would not explain at all why it looked like a rocket at the top instead of a helicopter.

The 14 seconds made sense as cars were in the video he pointed to and their lights were seen for a ways down the road.

It would take a considerable amount of effort for a sub to Launch a missile. You can't just hack a submarine despite what the movies will show. It's a multi-stage process to launch something. I think we have some former Navy vets in here that can chime in correct?

The video is a time delay so it makes it look somewhat bright all night long. City lights do as well to a degree.

if you pause it when the time stamp is at 0237 the entire sky is lit up

I think lightning from a direction the camera did not show.

Once it loads you can play it back as it only loads once.

There were a lot of clouds when the launch or whatever happened.
