Been an anxious morning for me too almost losing a tire on my way to campus... thank god indeed

I actually need to plan out next week's today
But for last week I made 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 5 dinners
breakfasts were 2 medium boiled eggs and 2 strips of bacon
For lunches/dinners I made 2 types and alternated
one was 2 oven roasted chicken thighs with either taco seasoning or Montreal Chicken seasoning, and riced cauliflower/sweet potato
The other was slices of a beef eye round roast I got on sale, along with mashed cauliflower with garlic and cheese
very easy, and I don't have to think about it at all
though for Friday I made fish, because no meat for Lent
Think I'm going to do egg salad breakfasts for next week, and I kinda want to try doing keto mozzarella sticks
Already down about 4 lbs, though that's mostly water

ok cool...so you can get a roast + potatoes + carrots and onions
probably cost you $20 but you'll get shit tons of meals
heres another recipe that I absolutely love
6-8 chicken thighs
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can condensed cream of mushroom
1 can of tomatoes of your choice (large can)
1 cup of water
1 cup of milk
1/2 an onion
1 cup of rice
1 head of broccoli
Whisk cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, chopped onion, milk and water together.
Add can of tomatoes and wisk
Submerge chicken
Cook on low for three to three and a half hours
Take out chicken break apart with knife and re-add it
Chop up broccoli, steam it in the microwave for two minutes prior and then add to your recipe
Stir in 1 cup of rice
Turn slow cooker on high and cook for an additional 45 min. to an hour.
Stir after twenty minutes
You don't want to overcook your rice so be sure and check it 45 min. in to see if its done
i literally eat this shit for a week straight
