NW9 Phone Access Evaluation:
1) Samuel VA - Event Quartermaster - had phone the entire time from camp to VE
2) Grant MD - Event Security – had phoen the entire time from camp to VE.
3) Ben MD - Gave up phone at actual campground, received back an hour before heading to VE. Put in glove box of his truck (stayed at camp), didn’t get back til he returned to camp.
4) Tyler MD - Assistant Security - had phone the entire time from camp to VE
5) Robert MD - Gave up phone at actual campground (not taken at security check-in); received phone right before left, gave to ND-eric pa to put in NWX glove box during the ride to the march. Got it back after march.
6) Christopher VA – Assistant Security – had phone the entire time from camp to VE
7) Roger VA - Phone was taken at security checkpoint, but given back later in evening to help chris VA with security checkpoint. Had phone the remainder of the weekend
8) Kenneth VA - Phone was taken at security check-in, returned at camp an hour before departure for VE, but kept off in Roger’s glove box. 20 minutes after arriving late at the vehicle exchange turned phone on.
9) Vincent VA - Gave phone up at security check-in; phone was returned turned off at camp 1 hour before departure; stayed in glove box of roger’s truck; only turned on 20 minutes after arriving at VE and only once Jason NY gave permission
10) John VA - Gave phone up at security check-in; had phone returned to him at camp 1 hour before departure; stayed in glove box of roger's truck until they realized we were gone; given his phone back and turned it on around 4:00pm
11) Harrison VA - Arrived at camp phone was taken, received it back when Tyler needed him to do security check ins and it died after that until he had time to charge in chris’ car sunday
12) Victor DE - Did not attend demonstration

additionally, I would like to submit for consideration Vincent VA to work on the social media team; he has a lot of experince using bots to boost our stuff on twitter so he's already geared toward that stuff just needs to be coordinated with our efforts . He is 20 yrs old, just joined about 2 months ago. Good kid, very energetic - needs some focus and i think this would be a good way to engage him. Vincent TX thinks it is fine, since social media team isn't really exposed to any critical or sensitive information.
