try to talk to arthur sometime soon and get details on how he is doing. I haven't heard much from him, and I need to get updates on him if hes gonna stay in the org. Last we talked you said he seemed to be acting in an "odd" way. I guess determine if he is still mentally sound if you can.
For sure. From what I understand he has a lot of appointments coming up and he's moving in with his dad who apparently just attempted suicide recently
Might be good to assign him some kind of computer job
I wouldn't say he was acting odd so much as he just sounded like shit vocally
Thats very unfortunate. I'm really sad about everything happening to him. He is allowed to stay even if he has to take a 6 month hiatus from activism because of the private investigator (I talked to Thomas about it), but that obviously won't apply if I'm only hearing from him like once a week and its only a couple vague messages. Like I would want him to still attend cluster meetings to give updates on his health and stuff.
Well, assigning a computer job to someone that isn't active irl is not good practice considering that they typically are info sec risks.
Yes
but, if you speak to him I'd like you to remind him.
Okay sure
Thank you buddy. We missed you at the Thanksgiving party btw. I'm sure you would have been the life of the party had you bee able to attend ;)
Most certainly. However as they say at my favorite petting zoo "work will set you free"
as the ladies say, "work, work, work"
Actually now is probably a good time to say that I'll be evaluating my need for a second job after the demo
Understandable, how soon do you think you'll be getting a Michigan license?
Idk. My mother sent me some necessary documents in the mail which I need to check
well thats good, as soon as you get that figured out I know that Benjamin mentioned he could get you a better job at his work.
Yeah I would probably do it. Saving another 2 grand will be hard at 12.50 an hour
The only other option is to save up until you get a car of your own and then drive to a different trade. I don't think thats totally unreasonable, but as long as the pay at Benjamins work is good thats almost certainly the correct option
When I get a car I intend to get a very reliable one so I can start driving other niggas to demos and stuff
So I'll be trying for a few seats at least
One of the main bottlenecks in pf is transportation lol, so thats a noble goal.
You may notice that Washington has a very heavy presence in the activism reports. I would like to reach their level
Have you met John wa
Yes I have, and yes eventually thats the goal. The main thing we have to do to reach their level is get good at making lots of banners in southern Michigan. We've also gotta gain competency with postering. The postering goal is postponed until the spring because I don't wanna waste glue in the winter when its super cold and it doesn't work well, but the banner creation stuff is next on the list after the demo.
I wonder if we can get canvas in bulk
I bet we can
dude I love Thomas taking the nig pill
I would like to get several guys down there, each with their own pack, and some paint and rollers in addition to the spray cans. Benjamin recently procured outlines for big letter stencils which we can also use there. There is at least 5 times more work to do there than the last bridge I spotted
Thats a good location for big letter stencils, you're correct. We'll put it on the list. Right now we have a lot of locations to hit in the near future. We have that trolley bridge in Adrian, that "wailing wall" in Detroit, we have plans for activism in sw michigan with the indiana guys (I want to do that in December), and we have a lot of locations in other parts of the state.
Sounds good. We can probably stretch that into January
How are the sticker posts coming along? I have one I need to post today
I want Michigan to dominate the January action report, so I wanna do multiple banner drops that month and multiple high quality stencilings.
I haven't counted every single one, but we are probably already around 20 posts if not more. I'm gonna be more demanding sticker wise after the demo itself.
If we make several banners, we could bring them on a trip into the city and just drop them over whatever bridges strike our fancy then and there
I like to plan out banner drops before hand, because we had some problems with our very first banner drop back in January that could have been avoided had I planned better.
