I appreciate the help, evaluating intermediates is definitely a skill we can improve on.

What interviews do you have upcoming?

So we have two intermediates coming up. One for this Saturday - Columbia SC

The current plan for this is to have myself and a rookie go along for this intermeidate this Saturday 3:00PM.

With the backup, it will be a lot easier to go through all of the items in the new interview guide

Second one will likely be this Sunday in Raleigh NC. I should be able get two other guys with me for this. I think we can make it two more veteran guys.

@Marcus NC Sounds like a plan to me. As long as you stick to the new protocols, there should be no issue. As I’ve told you before, as one of you ask the questions, the other should have eyes fixed on the interviewee. Gauge body language and tone of voice. These will be indicators of any falsehood. Especially after you confiscate his phone. Of course he may be nervous but with enough practice red flags will be easy to spot.

a good interview will have four phases:
Phase 1: Initial contact - you should always make visual contact w/ him before he sees you. When you approach, make sure you have him turn his phone off, confiscate, and initiate a pat down for any dangerous materials
Phase 2: Q&A
Phase 3: have him turn his phone on in front of you and go through is phone - his telegram especially, text messages, photo reels, snapchats, whatever you need to until youre satisfied he is what he represents/

Phase 4: Activism - take him on sticker run, show him how to do a post.
