Meeting Summary

- During the course of this week you will receive a direct message informing you of where and when to meet your travel party on December 3rd.

- If you have a tent send me a DM, unless you already disclosed it during the meeting, and let me know how many occupants can fit in your tent. Bring as many tents, sleeping bags and blankets as you can to the demo.

- The event fee for this demonstration will be $50 per activist. Half of it will go towards an event fee which covers campgrounds, trucks and food. The other half will go towards our network's transportation such as rental vans and gas.

- It is time to get into demo mode. Get your affairs in order and make sure you have everything you need for camping and marching. Remember that it is now winter! You will need lots of warm clothing, a warm sleeping bag and blankets.

- A pair of winter gloves (with no hard knuckles) is absolutely essential. The flag poles which you will be carrying during the march will be freezing cold. If you do not bring a pair of gloves you will be in pain for the duration of the march.
